The worst part is they are not replacing the entire unit...nope...they are replacing only the wash tub. So I have to wait for them to source the part, ship it, then schedule a service call which I then have to spend the whole day waiting for...something as major ad the washtub leaking...just replace the unit. Very poor repair policy in my opinion. 2 of 3 whirlpool products don't work...not a good average.
