Rated 1 out of 5 by Twig from TERRIBLE Bought this fridge 6 weeks ago thought it was great except for the faint ringing all the time and much noisier motor than our last. Then it started getting louder and louder and motor sounded like it was dying, then door alarm started going off for 5 min EVERY time you opened the door and all the lights would pulse non stop. Contacted Whirlpool they sent out service person 4 days later. He didnt even look at fridge just started ordering all new control boards! I would guess its the motor or compressor food is freezing, Continued to talk to whirlpool daily, just got sorry your having troubles. Its been 2 weeks of a door dinging all the time, no help from whirlpool - store agreed to take it back and I bought an LG. Love it

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lynn from Great features! Super happy with this refrigerator! The design is beautiful and the shelves are adjustable so your fridge is organized. Love the platter shelf, so easy to access those bigger dishes and the food in the back. The convenient top sliding shelf allows you to place a wine bottle or large pop bottle upright when needed without raising the shelf. The freezer compartments are large and the pizza slot is very convenient. It’s quiet and the ice maker is excellent. Would definitely recommend this appliance.

Nice deep freezer drawers that allow the separation of food. The split retractable shelf is another feature I use a lot. Lots of room inside. Would definitely recommend it.

It suffered shelf damage during shipping ( STILL WAITING!!) so i like to say we have 7/8 of a fridge. What we have though is a well lit, quiet, fridge that we hope will supply years of trouble free service. The water/ice feature is much appreciated.
