Cons could be the ice cube bucket is a bit big for us and can't setup half then stop making ice. The other thing is the fan and/or compressor stop running every time open doors. Understand it's saving energy but have concern it could damage something if it runs and stops too often. Overall it's a good appliance.

My old fridge had a bottom drawer that had wire trays with plastic fronts that used to break all the time. The drawers were very difficult to organize and keep organized. I opted for a side-by-side and could not be happier. Installation was easy after my kitchen renovation and it is very easy to keep things organized. Every feature works as expected. I would have loved an extra shelf in the freezer compartment, but I can manage without it. I love the water an ice dispensers. We had to call for warranty service because of a loud noise when the fans are running and are waiting for the parts. The technician told us it was because of a baffle between the freezer and fridge compartments. I am sure it will be fixed up soon.
