Rated 2 out of 5 by alri1 from Disappointed with the quality. I received this dryer the first week of September. After 5 weeks of use it stopped working. Very disappointed with the quality. Several other users in the building have scheduled repairs for this same unit; so I am not an isolated case.

I contacted customer service and struggled so much to agree with whirlpool to fully replace it, the woman that talked to us sounded like a robot. simply terrible service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by cap83 from Brand new dryer doesn't work. Poor service. Just moved into a new Tridel condominium, builder installed brand new Whirlpool washer dryer. Never been used. First time using dryer, tried all modes: normal, timed dry, quick, even adding two extra hours. At the end still lots of condensation on the inside window, and everything is wet. Condensations is coming out of the hybrid filter door, water dripping onto the floor. Called for service. This guy came in spent 30 min just looking at things, and said nothing is wrong. Told us to try timed dry for 2 hours. ( We already tried, and added two extra hours ). He said the building doesn't generate enough voltage so it's not as powerful. Asked about the leak, he said he doesn't know. Conclusion is, blame it on the building. I wonder there are few hundred units in the building, all have same dryer, so everyone has the same problem? This guy left us impression his job is done, actually to be accurate, nothing could be done. My conclusion is, this dryer is useless, calling for service is a waste of time. Now I have to convince the developer to look at power supply to the whole community.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Mystre from Don't Buy This Junk This came with my apartment, so I don't have a choice in the matter. it's garbage. I've had it replaced THREE times, and it's STILL junk. It leaks, it doesn't dry properly, and it takes FOREVER. How they can justify it, I don't know.

Rated 1 out of 5 by VerySourGrapes19 from Had no choice… if you do, DON’T BUY IT! This dryer came with my apartment. I’ve had nothing but problems. Clothes are still wet after the first go around. Which means time has to be added on, at least 30 minutes. I’m very careful to clean *both* lint traps! It’s already been repaired once within the first year of me using it. And now it’s working/not working! It goes for a bit then seems to stall and it sounds like it’s trying to get the drum to go. I can’t afford to get this thing repaired again. And hearing that it has to be taken apart to just have MORE lint removed by a tech is ridiculous! If I could toss this thing in the dump I would.
