The builder decided to buy all whirlpool appliances from the dishwasher, fridge, stove and washer and dry. This is the machine they bought for my washer and dry. My second load of laundry I did came out of the dryer with metal flakes in my cloths…. I couldn’t figure it out at first and have just noticed the medal on the inside of the dryer is peeling. This is the second dry this unit has ever done. I took the tags off the machine so I know it was new. See picture below. If this is after the second use I can only imagine what this thing will be like in a year, that is if it even makes it a year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Unhappy from Terrible !!! I bought this set brand new. Delivered and installed be service technician over 2 months ago. It has been broken since day 1. Will not move out of any wash cycle. Washes cloths and then stops. Does not rinse or spin. It does not matter what temperature you use. I have had a tech out and they said the taps were not turned on all the way. He said it would work fine. It has not worked properly ever. I have service coming again tomorrow. I would much prefer to have my money back as it is a brand new machine and I feel it should either be replaced or money back. Not complicated just resolve the issue once.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Tlook92 from Do not buy it’s garbage Destroys your clothing. Water never fills. Leaves clothes with half ___ cleaning. Dryer ruins your clothes. Have had it for 1.5 years and it has gradually gotten worse. at least 200.00 plus in ruined clothing. Gets caught in areas of the dryer. Ventilations is extremely terrible and burns your clothing. DO NOT BUY!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by SBEDAB from Rips clothing and shreds dryer sheets I bought this in Dec 2018. I have had technicians come out 6 times because either my clothing or dryer sheets get stuck and torn in a gap under the lint trap. It is still not resolved. The same 2 parts have been replaced three and four times. What does it take to get a new machine. I will never purchase another whirlpool appliance which is disappointing as I had always preferred whirlpool and need to replace my kitchen appliances.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Northerpaw from Leaks after 18 months We bought this just over a year ago and now the washer leaks while filling and agitating. It looks brand new but we are already looking at expensive repair bills. I will contact the store where we bought it but I doubt we will get any support.
