Rated 3 out of 5 by Mom3 from Wouldn’t by it again It’s ok, can’t put much in the washer, sounds like it’s struggling to clean. Quite noisy. The dryer is ok except it’s a workout to close the door. Basic drying options, if not removed as soon as finished everything is a wrinkled mess.

The transparent lid saves the need to open to see if someone has forgotten the last load :) The controls are easy to understand and operate - and thank you, Whirlpool, for making them durable!!!

Required two tech visits - 1) identify that the motor in the dryer didn’t work and a new one needed to be ordered; 2) Came back to install. I’m happy with the support but not impressed with the quality control.

Rated 4 out of 5 by GM2024 from Good Value I bought a few of these units for a rental house that I was renovating. Eight months after purchase. the tenant called saying the dryer was broken. Very unusual repair. The drum was twisted and bent. I called the Whirpool service. They provided excellent customer service and repaired the dryer to like new condition.
