Rated 1 out of 5 by Not happy! from Washer not new! Washer returned as door was replaced and still computer panel not working. Next door/motherboard on back order. No delivery date known. Replacement authorized. Replacement washer came dirty, greasy inside- in a awful dirty condition - suspect it was refurbished and sent to me ... not in "new" condition as the 1st one!. Only to find out the soap dispenser was not fitting properly - this part on back order as well. SO FRUSTRATED with Whirlpool customer service and condition of product - suspect used not new.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jacek from Front load WIFI washer with app ! Washer installation was simple. WIFI connectivity and APP works OK, BUT after few washes we got several times RANDOM error codes that WATER WAS OFF. I had to cancel washing and restart and sometimes it worked and sometimes I had to restart again. Water supply never was off. Why anyone would close the water outlet to a washer during washing. Error always showed up at 37 mint before end of the washing cycle. After 20 washes I did UTILITY CLEAN and so far no error codes for past 2 weeks. Maybe sensor was dirty and cleaning the whole washer did it? I do not know. My wife says : " this washer is 22nd century ! and we are in 21st. " She says other things too but I am not going to write about it here.

I spent 3 hours trying to reach the proper person that can help me, but it is really unfortunate that no one could help. I was passed on to different departments, but no one can help with my simple issue. Really bad!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Preet G from Would not recommend faulty washer We received our washer in January of 2022 and started noticing issues with the machine straight away. Every time we selected one of the preset heavy duty wash cycles, we got an error message that the machine could not complete a cycle to a balance issue. We checked and our machine is perfectly level and we don't appear to have this issue with any of the normal preset cycles. We also had an issue with the Load n Go not dispensing enough liquid detergent and always showing that the detergent level was low. When we check the actual dispenser, it is full. A few months in the Whirlpool technician came in and could not find what the issue was with the Load n Go, but they did replace the motherboard to “fix” the balance error we were getting for the heavy duty cycles. Unfortunately, this did nothing to fix the issue and in July of 2022 another service technician came in and said we would need to replace the motherboard again. We are now at November of 2023 and no one has shown up with the replacement motherboard, which I am confident would not fix the issue to begin with. We have tried calling in and received a call from someone that the replacement motherboard would be coming soon, but nothing has arrived more than a year later. At this point, Whirlpool needs to own up and admit that this machine is a lemon and offer some sort of replacement. But I have no confidence that we will ever receive a resolution from Whirlpool and will not be purchasing another Whirlpool appliance again.
