Rated 1 out of 5 by Shousha from Poor quality washer/dryer. Not up to the name. Bout a set on Oct 3, 2024. in 3 weeks, what have to run the dryer three times for the load to dry. The washer does not rinse the soap and get an error code F5 E3 on the first day. Whirlpool tech claims all is is working fine and walks way. Customer service advised they will send another tech. till then, live with the problem. "that is our process". Had a Samsung set for 12 years with no issues at all. Thought to upgrade to whirlpool, that was a big mistake. Home depot 30 day money back guarantee apparently only on the washer, not the dryer (what a trick). So I am stuck with the it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Bobsee from Poor Washer Documentation I bought the washer at the Brick on June 5th and it took a month for it to be available and take delivery. The easher eas used 5 times and the waher default was for heavy article wash. We could not change this default. We reviewed the manual provided with the washer, the Whirlpool website and YouTube. Both the whirlpool manual and website was useless. Just basic and simple explanations. As a result we arranged for a local Whirlpool technician to inspect the machine. The technician was very good and clarified the functions of the washer.
