I even have video that I shared with the company that came to repair it. He was unable to find anything wrong with it. The machine was purchased June 22 and already having an issue. I find this totally unacceptable that I am having a brand new machine “repaired”! I am one unhappy Whirlpool repeat customer.

Not having steam before I was a little skeptical. Now that I have used the steam cycle many times, I love it!!! I had a whirlpool clothes washer before this steam washer and really liked brand. Front load with steam - definite yes!
