One thing that would be nice is if you could set it 11 hours etc and not have to go to the machine and verify. The lid latch broke too but was easy to replace.

The glass on the lid is beginning to pop out every time we open the lid. It's super frustrating having to literally hold the glass in every time we open/close the lid. It also is horribly loud during the spin cycle. At first I thought we were over filling it, but even at 1/3 full and the clothes evenly distributed, it sounds as if a jet plane is in our basement. I do not recommend this washer.

The assortment of settings gives you true control on how you want your laundry washed. I am yet to find a load too big for it to fit. My only complaint is the position of the soak button at the front corner. The way it’s positioned in my laundry room I have twice turned it on and gotten my freshly spun clothes wet.

The settings are intuitive and it is great to be able to remotely monitor washing status. The cloths come out clean and it does a good job spinning the bulk of the water out before they go I to the drier.
