This ENERGY STAR® Certified 6.0-6.1 cu. ft. Whirlpool® Top Load Washer gives you two ways to wash thanks to the 2 in 1 Removable Agitator. Wash the way you want by simply removing the agitator to fit bulky items, or keeping it in to help break down loose soils. Use the Deep Water Wash Option to add more water* when you need it and easily check on your laundry while it's washing with the EasyView™ Full-Width Slow-Close Glass Lid. The Smooth Spiral Stainless Steel Wash Basket helps prevent fabrics from snagging, so clothes come out looking their best. *Bulky Items Cycle only available with deepest water level.

2 in 1 Removable Agitator

The 2 in 1 Removable Agitator lets you choose how you wash and care for your clothes by easily swapping the agitator post in or out. With two ways to wash, it is twice the washer you have at home.

Easily remove the 2 in 1 Removable Agitator when your load needs a little more space to move. Impeller wash action cleans by rubbing the fabrics against each other, while the design of the impeller’s surface helps drive clothes from the outer rim to the center, where the deepest cleaning happens.

Been on line did everything that was suggested still no difference. Called your help line they were useless!!!!!! If I could return it I would I recommend no one buy this washing machine!!!!!

The unique design of a removable agitator and an impeller suggested it could take on any washing requirement. Boy were we wrong! Has anyone at Whirlpool tried to clean clothes with this thing? Because of the "water-miser" design the unit simply does not use enough water so that clothes actually circulate in the drum. Even with the high level water selection option the clothes just sit there. We tried numerous tests with a set of Queen sheets and a single black sock hoping to see do anything other than sit on top. With or without the agitator in place the clothes just sit there - in insufficient water. The only saving grace was that Whirlpool comes with a 30 day money-back satisfaction guarantee. We took them up on it.
