Rated 4 out of 5 by Marcelle from Somewhat satisfied! I ordered this in August or September. We were doing renovations and the new cupboards were installed a few weeks before Christmas. The plumber came over to hookup the new sink and install the dishwasher about a week before Christmas. The dishwasher didn’t work so we had to spend the Christmas holidays without it. (14 of us). It was quite a disappointment! It was repaired by mid January. It cleanses and dries the dishes very well. So far, I am quite pleased. The seal was damaged and we are waiting for a replacement. We were told that we are going to have to to the job ourselves as the repair people don’t do it…A bit disappointed in that! I gave a 4 star due to the fact that the dishwasher was defective….

Rated 5 out of 5 by Macstuff from Quiet and cleans well. Great dishwasher that works as it should and is very quiet when installed inside a well sealed cabinet. ( I used pipe insulation cut down the middle to seal the top and side portions of the enclosure ) The install is a little more difficult in that a float switch must be disconnected before it is fully wired and the reconnected.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Chocdroppop50 from Whirlpool 3rd rack dishwasher We bought the machine approx 1 month ago and it by far exceeds the LG brand machine we had previously. The third rack allows more flexibility in placing odd shaped kitchen tools and mugs.Our previous machine had problems cleaning anything on the third rack, but the Whirlpool does an excellent job. The wife tested the machine by not prerinsing any plates or pans and putting them thru t quick wash option. Everything came out spotless. We like the ease of operation. There is not a bunch of unnecessary settings to scroll thru and the washing and drying options are simple to cycle thru and select.Very quiet operation. Just a warning though , if you do run the machine thru a drying cycle do not place any plastic utensils or equipment in the bottom rack as the heater element gives off sufficient heat to warp some types of plastic. We found that with the stainless tub we don’t really need to run a drying cycle with the heater element to dry the dishes properly. We just had to wait 15 to 20 minutes after the wash was finished to put away the dishes.
