Rated 3 out of 5 by Dan2022 from Great fan, too bad it's not serviceable The fan works great and draws air away from our stove quite well. Unfortunately, 3 of the front buttons have fallen off. See from the other reviews this a common problem. Tried to order replacement buttons through the on-line chat only to be frustrated. Tried to call direct and was told I'd have to order a new control board at close to $300?? I just need replacement buttons! Told sorry, enjoy the holidays - not much help. An appliance of this cost should be easily repairable. The product itself is good, same can't be said about after service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Unhappy Whirlpooler from Buttons are cheap and broke after 1 year Terrible unit. Push buttons were sticky from day 1 and finally stopped working shortly after 1 year. Not impressed with customer service as they would not do anything for me In terms of repairing the unit. Looks brand new and now have to throw it to the curb. Test the buttons right out of the box.
