Great.
I recently purchased a 4.8 cu. ft. Whirlpool® electric range. I find it very useful. It's very easy to clean. When the countertop temperature is high, it has a warning light to help us prevent burns.

GREAT STOVE
We got this to replace an old used stove. The old stove never cooked things to the right temperature. This stove pre-heats quickly and I can bake again without undercooking.

Intermittent element heating is annoying
My wife hates this stove. She finds the intermittent "on again, off again" elements to be extremely annoying. It takes much longer to cook food and it makes it more difficult to estimate cooking times.

GREAT RANGE !!
Since we still use some cast-iron pans, we needed a coil-top range. These ranges are not easy to find anymore - especially good quality ones. This range was a special order from Whirlpool and we had to wait a little while - but it was WORTH it !! We are completely satisfied with this range and recommend it !

Whirlpool Range Drawer Extremely Disapointing
The cooking parts of the range are okay; having the "start" button on the timer is a bit wonky. why doesn't the timer just start? But the storage drawer is very disappointing. When we use it, there's no "stop" feature so it just pulls all the way out. The sliding plastic feature on which the drawer rides is very difficult to reinstall; it take a great deal of patience and accuracy to get the drawer back in properly. This makes the drawer not very useful. The drawers used to come with rollers and stops so they couldn't be pulled all the way out. That was a much better feature.

Love it!!
I had been waiting a long time for the "perfect" BLACK-coloured WHIRLPOOL electric range. This is to match our kitchen Whirlpool dishwasher & Whirlpool bottom-freezer refrigerator. Voila ... there it was ... advertised on-line & "On Sale" no less! Dana, the store Manager will attest to the fact that I had then "raced" to the store to order this range. All these three appliances were purchased at Dufresne, Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, Canada. The range size had to be exact to properly fit the current opening, it had to be electric & it had to have coils. All these noted preference requirements were met with this particular model! The Keep Warm setting is a bonus. I enjoy the "ring tone" sound when the interior light is turned on as well as the oven temperature control. Another "cute" feature is that the coil centre "sings" indicating a pan has been removed. Whirlpool (as usual) did NOT disappoint!! LOVE it!! THANK YOU for your quality products!! Cheers, Lili.

Good features
I bought this stove in September 2021, to replace my original one which was 39 years old! I find the newer appliances not as well made. I hope this Whirlpool stove lasts at least 1/2 as long. So far I’m pleased with it.

The best electric range I have use!

Basic Features
I bought this two months ago. It has all the basic features needed but I do miss the two outlets for small plug in appliances that were present in the older model. I have to get use to the heating elements turning off at times and it takes longer to boil a pot of water than my older model. It has a modern look to it. I like the digital warnings whenever the elements are on or when the surface is hot.

Really like it
This stove came with the house I recently bought. Seems to heat up quickly and hard evenly. Would prefer if timer sound was louder and continued to beep until you shut it off.
