Large capacity oven means I can cook several dishes or a large pan. Love the digital features and option to remotely control my oven.

Rated 1 out of 5 by DB2013 from CONTROL BOARD DEFECTIVE Bought this product and have to call for service after 3 moths of use. Control Board defects after two years use. Oven heats up on its own due to malfunctions control board and manufacture acknowledge defects agreed to fix the issue for a good review. I refused their offer instead let the public be aware of the defects of control board. Thanks for the fire alarm which saved our life and house from burning in the middle of night.

It heats up to desired temp, but after 10 minutes or so it tries to light but it doesn’t happen. Oven hardly used especially in first year of ownership. Technicians have been out multiple times to service it. At the this point it’s been broken for almost 2 months. ( They have replaced almost $2000 in parts- electric control board and panel, burner, burner igniter, and some valve in the back of the unit) I have called Whirlpool and they said can’t do anything, and to contact State and King (extended warranty company) who have been giving me the run around wasting my time replacing random parts instead of replacing the unit like I asked for. Extremely fed up and disappointed!

About a week after we got it the oven controls (touchpad) became erratic then stopped working. The service technician was great and found a loose connection.
