I bought this fridge in June 2022 to replace a very similar fridge, a Kenmore Elite (which was essentially made by Whirpool) that I had purchased many years ago. This new one has an ice making feature. We are quite happy with the features. This new fridge makes a lot of noise at times which is supposed to be normal but it seems to be more noisy than the previous one. The cooling coils are not really accessible for cleaning by the owner, which is a poor design from a maintenance perspective.

The product is marketed and sold with Whirpool Trademark "Fresh Flow Produce Preserver as a key feature. However, when the product was delivered this particular feature was missing. I called the retailer who contacted Whirpool and was told that this model does not include this feature. VERY DISAPPOINTING as this was a major improvment to my older model. Most retailers did not have this model on dilsplay This particular feature should be removed from the marketing materials. So far the Refrigerator is working well.Shelves are very convenient for storing large and small items.Door shelves are also very convenient
