Rated 4 out of 5 by Susie from Generally Quite Happy Fridge was delivered about a month ago. It looks nice and not hard to keep the outside clean. Doesn’t show fingerprints. I am still having trouble adjusting the temperature on the inside. My veggies are still freezing and I have it down to 2 out of 4 snowflake. It doesn’t have a signal (beep) when the door is not closed tight which I really miss. There is a light but it isn’t very noticeable unless you are looking for it. Ice and water is working well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ron B from Deli Drawer Suggestion on French Door Refrigerator We've had this French Door refrigerator since Oct. 19, 2024 and to date we are very pleased with it and find it spacious and bright. We are enjoying the fact that the freezer section is divided and very spacious as well. I have one design suggestion however. While the deli drawer is lovely and certainly wide enough, one has to open both french doors to access/open it. I was wondering if any thought has been given to making the one drawer into two deli drawers. That way, people need to open only one french door at a time if they organize the contents and know where they have placed things in either the left or right deli drawer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Phil from PAUSE-SELL this model I bought this fridge not too long ago. Unfortunately the freezer stop working. We called whirlpool customer service, they sent a third party technician, the tech guy said that the wait time to order for the compressor is up to 12 weeks, it's been a month now we are not using the fidge. How are we going to stock meat and milk? We have kids.. I also notice that most of the reviews I have the same issue. Is Whirlpool company can do better? How can they still selling the same model if they are getting a lot of complaints.. it's just so frustrating that they keep making money while other customers so stressed about the manufacturer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jim5151 from Water dispenser froze The fridge itself is nice but 1 week after I purchased the water dispenser stopped flowing. Turns out it was froze up. The technician told me that it’s a common problem caused by blocking the air vent tower in the fridge. I don’t think the design of this is adequate. What’s the point of half filling a fridge.

I have dealt with food that freezes up even though it is in the fridge section or it spoils way quicker than my older fridge if I lower the temperature. I have to throw out so much more food now because of this. Also, the produce drawer also keeps slipping out of the tracks which is so frustrating. Moreover, moving this fridge has damaged my floors! I check the bottom of the refrigerator only to see 3 wheels. Upon calling customer service, I find out it ought to have 2 front wheels. Alas, no additional help or guidance was further given. Now, I am left deeply frustrated with my fridge and damaged hardwood floors.
