I waited four months for a new one to come in, only to have that one be defective. I loved the spaciousness of the fridge but not the fact that it’s so hard to get a replacement part. I am pretty confident the compressor for this fridge (oilless) isn’t even being made anymore, which is why it took so long for them to track down a replacement for me. I ended up buying a new fridge and didn’t go with whirlpool or any of their other companies, but I really did love this fridge. It was super spacious and looks so sleek and modern. I’d recommend buying it, with the stipulation that you’re aware that the compressor might give out. Try your luck though - I might have just been unlucky.
