Rated 4 out of 5 by Shadow from A good fridge We are happy with the fridge and I love Whirlpool products but from what we are used to, the freezer top shelf doesn’t come out when you open the door and there is more frost build in the freezer than the one we replaced which isn’t much, just comparing as our old one had none. Also, there is a styrofoam filled hole that reflects off the top of the drawer that I can’t unsee. And less room inside the fridge compared to what I was used to. It has been working great with no issues at all. I would continue to recommend Whirlpool products!! Love Whirlpool!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by KarenR from Whirlpool Refrigerator I have been using my new french door for about 5 months now - I absolutely love the 4th door it is what makes this refrigerator amazing - it took a while to get used to as far as where to put things but I think we have it all worked out now Only thing I would ask you do differently is make the touch pads more user friendly with step by step processes for certain things so you dont have to pull out the manual and to make the crisper drawer or at least one of them deeper

Our eggs would freeze and it was constantly cooling. it took weeks before I could get id serviced. Once the fridge was serviced we are now more than happy that we brought the fridge. We will wait a few weeks before passing further judgement but for now we are happy.

We had ordered and paid for another product in August, but after waiting almost 4 months, we were forced to go with a more available product. We are so happy with this Whirlpool product and aside from a bit of an awkward interior space / layout, it is light years ahead of the Whirlpool unit that we replaced.

Although it is the same size as the old one and fit perfectly into the existing space, the interior layout is much better organized and has more capacity. All the shelves were easily adjusted to our needs. We needed a white appliance to fit in with our kitchen decor and the rest of our appliances. It was hard to find a white model with the features we wanted. Most models are now stainless steel. This one is perfect for us. It is efficient and very quiet. The quality is excellent and we look forward to many years of service, as we have always gotten with our Whirlpool appliances.
