The thermostat was replaced a couple weeks after being delivered. Three days after being repaired...froze things again. The vendor allowed us to return and replace. Of we had to pay more! Not to mention the inconvenience, mess and the cost of things that we had to throw out

I was going to go into Home depot to Complain about it. My old fridge (a Kenmore was a way better fridge in design etc.) I don't want a prize for this. I WANT MY FRIDGE INSTALLED PROPERLY by sending someone to fix this.THE DOORs were not attached properly. They are slanted and open on their own. Two or three times I have found it opened after I KNOW I SHUT IT! My old fridge door use to close on its own. The freezer door does not shut airtight. I can see the light and feel the draft. This is a lousy fridge compared to my old fridge. The installers did not put the handles on the doors. (I have not been well and have not put them on yet). THe drawers are a poor design - wasted space I think. Plus the drawers for the Vegetables at the bottom with humidity control is ridiculous. A GAPING SPACE - THE DRAWERS ARE NOT CLOSED. NO HUMIDITY CONTROL? I have had lettuce frozen 2 or 3 times. The fridge is also NOISY at times. I WANT YOU TO CONTACT ME TO SEND SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO FIX ALL THIS! I have a good repair man for my appliances. He is the one that told me Whirlpool made Kenmore (You can't beat Sears - They were great! unfortunately we lost them because the new CEO was greedy and basically destroyed the Company). Anyway, I bought a Whirlpool because of his suggestion. I wish I never had. Plus this nonsense of buying on line - I AM NEVER GOING TO DO AGAIN!

The doors opened the wrong way so that was changed on Mar. 28th only to find a huge gap in both doors, the freezer being the worst. I had a crew come to look at it once more & the fridge was declared FAULTY. It never shuts off, my food in the freezer is coated with ice I have to wrap my eggs & veggies in towels because the fridge compartment freezes just about everything. NOT HAPPY!
